What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://settings page.
(2) Drag URL from 'View site info icon' to search field of settings page.
(3) Observe focus

Actual Result: Focus stays on 'View site info' icon after dragging URL to search field.

Expected Result: Focus should not stays on 'View site info' icon after dragging URL to search field.

This is a regression issue broken in ‘M-72’, below is the Manual Regression range:
Good build: 72.0.3624.0 (Revision: 611431)
Bad build:  72.0.3625.0 (Revision: 611977)

You are probably looking for a change made after 611512 (known good), but no later than 611513 (first known bad).
