ooyala based videos do not go fullscreen in Chrome 71 and later

Bisect Information: This is a regression issue broken in 'M-71'

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Bing app > Click on video option > Navigate to "Test URL"
2. Play video > Full screen 
3. Observe.

Actual result: Unable to open video in Full Screen mode from Bing application.

Expected result: Video should Display in Full Screen mode.

Note- Issue is reproducible on Chrome.

This is regressed in M71, not a blocker for M72. Pls target fix for M73.

This doesn't work in Chrome either. It is a problem with the website using an incorrect API.

The problem is with the ooyala.com player.
