Bottom of AutoCAD web is being cut off in 72 & 73 but not 71

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_14_2) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/71.0.3578.98 Safari/537.36 Example URL: https://web.autocad.com Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. launch web.autocad.com in Chrome 72 or 73 2. create an account if necessary 3. open any sample drawing What is the expected behavior? The entire bottom of web.autocad.com is being truncated, see atached screenshot What went wrong? in Chrome 71 the AutoCAD app displays correctly. In Chrome 72 and 73 the Drawing Editor is cutting off the bottom of the application. Does it occur on multiple sites: No Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A Did this work before? Yes 71 Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 72 Channel: beta OS Version: OS X 10.14.2 Flash Version: kevin.cheung@autodesk.com and myself michael.nauman@autodesk.com are contacts for this issue

Thanks for filing the issue! Unable to reproduce the issue on chrome versions 72.0.3626.28 and 73.0.3672.0 using Mac 10.14.1 with the below mentioned steps. 1. Launched Chrome 2. Navigated to https://web.autocad.com 3. Created an account and logged in. 4. Opened a sample file. We didn't observe the drawing being cut, attaching the screenshot of the same for reference. @Reporter: Could you please let us know if anything is being missed from our end. It would be helpful if provided with the URL of the file in which the issue is seen. Any further inputs from our end may be helpful.

I can see the bug in your screen shot. To see it better select the Modify tab in the Tools palette at the bottom right of the app. If you open the same drawing in Chrome 71 it will look like it should.

As per comment#4, rechecked the issue on chrome version 71.0.3578.98, we haven't observed any significant difference between M71(Find the attachment below) & M72/M73 (....shown in C#3). @Reporter: Could you please check the below attachment, and let us know if this version too have the issue. That would be very helpful if given a screenshot by highlighting(encircling) the truncated region from M72/M73 version. Sorry for asking more Feedback, just wanted to be more clear before proceeding further. Thanks in advance...! |
