Unable to download video on adult tube websites

Issue description

Chrome Version       : 71.0.3578.99 (Official Build) (32-bit)
uRLs (if applicable) :
OS version               :Android 8.0.0; VKY-L29 Build
Network (such as Cable/DSL/Dial up etc): WiFi
Audio/Video format (if applicable): video
Special chrome flags (if applicable):

Behavior in Safari (if known):
Behavior in Firefox (if known):

Video issue, Audio issue, both, neither?
Video & audio can be played but I want to download the video! Unable to do so after the latest update. Previously I can just play the video, hold down on the video and a bubble will pop up allowing me to download said video. Now it's impossible. Please help.

Thanks for the report. Can you explain what actually happens? Do you no longer see the context menu? Does the "Download" entry no longer appear? Is Chrome crashing?

After chrome crashed, I refreshed the website (PH.com). I played the video again and press/long hold the video (which usually brings up the context menu for download) but it no longer does so. I tried on other websites(gyftcat) videos and it does.

I'm afraid this is a change in the website, not in Chrome. Websites can block the context menu and it seems that this is what they are doing here.
