Cannot trigger a swarming task for webkit_layout_tests using new --isolated-script-test-xxx flags

Have talked with robertma@, the reason is that run_isolated_script_test recognizes --isolated-script-test-xxx flags, and tried to generate corresponding flags the underlying runner can understand. But such methods are not implemented.

I think Robert's team owns webkit_layout_tests. Robert, this bug is important for unblocked Findit team. Chan, could you please list the bug that this blocks?
