Currently bottom toolbar's buttons are individually listening to the providers (ThemeColorProvider, ActivityTabProvider, IncognitoStateProvider). To be more inline with MVC these views should not listen directly and instead the mediator should listen and propagate the changes to the views through the Model and ViewBinder.
