Forced AU string should be improved

Chrome build: 73.0.3669.0

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Power on Chromebook with forced AU (e.g., Eve)
(2) Connect to Wi-Fi network
(3) Receive prompt while AU downloads in foreground

Current string:
"Chrome updates automatically so you always have the freshest version."
