Does it work if you change the autoplay policy to "No user gesture required"?
You can change this policy in the "Autoplay policy" section of chrome://flags

https://webrtchacks.com/autoplay-restrictions-and-webrtc/ -- the autoplay restrictions are in effect again since M71 (even though this was not mentioned in the WebRTC release notes afaics)

Take a look at https://developers.google.com/web/updates/2017/09/autoplay-policy-changes for guidance on the new Autoplay policy.

Note also that autoplay should work if there is active audio or video capture via getUserMedia().

Keeping the bug open to let the Autoplay team assess if this is WAI, which it probably is.

Ok my issue come from the usage of a different domain name in javascript popup.

Solved with usage of same domaine name.

Thank you for your help.
