Feature description:

Currently, if a user wants to manage use the policy of managing Extensions by Permissions, the only way to view them is by either looking at the manifest file of each Extension, or to deploy the Extension where permissions are listed as part of that process.   It'd be more efficient if an administrator had a single destination to go to view the Permissions required by each Extension.
