GPU bot "Linux FYI Release (Intel HD 630)" is failing multiple test suites

Also seen on the NVIDIA bot in  Issue 922318 .

Strangely, the Intel bot went green in this build:
https://ci.chromium.org/p/chromium/builders/luci.chromium.ci/Linux%20FYI%20Release%20%28Intel%20HD%20630%29/8380

and I can't find an obvious reason in the blamelist.

Possibly caused by the recent widespread infra outage (corrupt object files on the builder, possibly rebuilt all at once)?
