What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome and Navigate to above URL
2.‘Play’ the video and ’pause’ in between, now using ‘Command+p’ give print command .
3. Select and unselect the background graphics checkbox from more settings and observe print preview page

Actual Result   : Square patch is seen at the right bottom of the video in print preview.
Expected Result : No such patch should be seen on video in print preview. 

This is a regression issue broken in M-64 and below is the per-revision bisect info:
Good Build : 64.0.3247.0 (Revision : 510692)
Bad Build  : 64.0.3248.0 (Revision : 510988)

You are probably looking for a change made after 510943 (known good), but no later than 510944 (first known bad).
