Regression:Continuation dots are not seen for long destination on print preview page.

Chrome Version:73.0.3673.0 (Official Build) e5cdf80fb8b493b3be23fc5b7bfac5278aa83225-refs/branch-heads/3673@{#1}(32/64 bit)
OS: Windows(7,8,8.1,10) ,Mac(10.13.1 , 10.13.6 , 10.14.3)and Linux (14.04 LTS)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome , open NTP and give print command.
2. Now click on destination and select long printer name.
3. Observe.

Actual: Continuation dots are not seen for long destination on print preview page.
Expected: Continuation dots should be seen for long destination on print preview page.

This is a regression issue, broken in 'M73', will soon update the other info:

Good Build: 73.0.3672.0
Bad Build:  73.0.3673.0

We don't elide text that is too long in dropdown menus. All other dropdowns in Print Preview work the same way.
