Regression: Unwanted extra space is seen on 'Destination' drop down list of Print Preview page

Chrome Version: 73.0.3673.0 Revision e5cdf80fb8b493b3be23fc5b7bfac5278aa83225-refs/branch-heads/3673@{#1}(32/64 bit)
OS: Windows(7,8,8.1,10)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, open NTP and press Ctrl+P to open Print preview.
(2) Click on 'Destination' drop down and observe.

Actual: Unwanted extra space is seen on 'Destination' drop down list.

Expected: No such a extra space should seen.

This is a regression issue, broken in 'M73', will soon update the other info:

Good build:73.0.3672.0

You are probably looking for a change made after 622876 (known good), but no later than 622877 (first known bad).

This is working as intended since the dropdown is a native select element. All other dropdowns in Print Preview work the same way (i.e. the width of the dropdown menu exceeds the width of the dropdown, if the options are long enough).
