Rename Comodo CA to Sectigo for Mammoth and Sabre CT Logs |

Issue descriptionComodo CA has renamed themselves Sectigo[1][2]. Chromium's list of CT Logs needs to be updated to reflect this change. Affected Logs: Comodo 'Mammoth' CT Log, Comodo 'Sabre' CT Log.
