NaN x NaN displayed on Settings page while changing resolution

Reported by sushma.v...@intel.com, Jan 16

Issue description

Chrome Version: <From about:version: Google Chrome 73.0.3664.0>
Chrome OS Version: <From about:version: Platform 11552.0.0>
Chrome OS Platform: <Asus Chromebook C302CA>
<b>Network info: <network, encryption type, router model (if known)></b>

Please specify Cr-* of the system to which this bug/feature applies (add
the label below).

Steps To Reproduce:
(1) Open Settings page --> Display
(2) Change Display Size
(3) Looks like "NaN x NaN" appears while moving on the slider (This is worse when external monitor is connected as resolution doesn't appear until the page is refreshed!)

Expected Result: Resolution numbers should be shown

Actual Result: NaN x NaN appears instead of resolution numbers

How frequently does this problem reproduce? (Always, sometimes, hard to
reproduce?)

What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is
it?

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screen shot or
log if possible.

For graphics-related bugs, please copy/paste the contents of the about:gpu
page at the end of this report.
