xcode-parallelization failed with 'DVTCoreSimulatorAdditionsErrorDomain error 0.'

There are lot of "DVTCoreSimulatorAdditionsErrorDomain error 0." failures 
e.g.

One of the recommended solution is to run `xcrun simctl erase all`
