What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Navigate to "Text to speak voice settings" and select a language from "voice to preview"
(2) Select US english and click on play button to listen to the voice
(3) Select Hindi and click on play button to listen to the voice 
(4) Select Telugu and click on play button to listen to the voice

What is the expected result?
When I select Telugu and click play, I can listen to the Telugu voice

What happens instead?
When I select Telugu and then try to click play, the "Play" button is greyed out
