What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) In laptop mode, open a browser window and snap it
(2) Switch to tablet mode, notice that the snapped browser window is put in split view
(3) End split view mode and tap on the home launcher button

What is the expected result?
Home launcher should show up

What happens instead?
There is no home launcher

I think it's a regression caused by  Issue 819798 .
