What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Focus on a text input box (e.g. text editor, Omnibox, password field)
2. Attempt to type any of the following keys: "¬`´'@#~"

What is the expected result?
The key matching the keyboard markings are typed.

What happens instead of that?
Keys are incorrectly mapped (I currently have no way to type #).

US layout functions normally.
