Issue descriptionChrome Version : 73.0.3667.0 OS Version: 11560.0.2019 Board: Eve What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Switch Keyboard Layout to GB. 2. Focus on a text input box (e.g. text editor, Omnibox, password field) 3. Attempt to type any of the following keys: "¬`´'@#~" What is the expected result? The key matching the keyboard markings are typed. What happens instead of that? Keys are incorrectly mapped. US layout functions normally. UserAgentString: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 11560.0.2019) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/73.0.3667.0 Safari/537.36
