Currently for preconfigured shares if you pre mount while not on the intended network discovery may not be done so we do not allow the share to be mounted. However we should allow premount to mount a dormant share.

On not_found errors we need to attempt discovery again. This also means we need to make sure that we are keeping the original hostname which I'm not sure if we currently do.

This will also fix the use case of a host with a dynamic (or changed) IP which we also currently do not support.
