What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Navigate to Settings > Text-to-Speech voice settings > eSpeakNG text-to-speech extension
(2) Click Settings
(3) Use keyboard to navigate through eSpeak page, and enable a language with "Enter" on the keyboard

What is the expected result?
Be able to navigate through the page, enable, and disable languages with keyboard only.

What happens instead?
Cannot enable and disable languages with keyboard only.
