What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Navigate to Settings > Text-to-Speech voice settings > eSpeakNG text-to-speech extension
(2) Click Settings
(3) View eSpeak enabled languages

What is the expected result?
After clicking settings, user should be able to see all enabled languages without needing to refresh the page.

What happens instead?
After clicking settings, user needs to refresh the page to view enabled languages.
