The positioning of the shortcut text (e.g. Ctrl+C) is done with a CSS float that targets the menu item. The menu being shown is the file-context-menu which has some entries hidden since it's being displayed on the toolbar. It looks like a possible CSS issue. Not reproducible at ToT, confirmed. Could the reporter try opening the right-click context menu hovering on the selected file entry on the same build? That should display the same as the three-dot menu, and if the bug manifests itself there as well it'd be good data.

abodeti@ could you please try to reproduce with normal right-click context menu?
