Steps To Reproduce:
(1) Go to drive folder and using touch select few files
(2) Long press to drag files and observe the UI
(3) Try to scroll the UI and observe

Expected Result: User should be able to drag files

Actual Result: The UI with selected No. of files is stuck and when user try to scroll the selected files are moved out of sub folder to Drive folder

How frequently does this problem reproduce? (Always, sometimes, hard to
reproduce?) Always

What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is
it? User can use mouse pad

log if possible. This happens only when SingleprocessMash flag is enabled
