Steps To Reproduce:
(1) Download the recovery image specify above and install the image to Eve device

(2) After OS installation completes, open Files app

Expected Result:
 Play files node should be listed in Files app

Actual Result:
 Play files node is missing from Files app

How frequently does this problem reproduce? Always

What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is
it?

Note 1: I cannot repro this problem on other devices such as sona, kevin

Note 2: This problem is not there on Nautilus device with earlier build (11558.0)
