Not showing "Processing..." message after response from payment handler.

Issue description

The repro case is to install a PH from https://rsolomakhin.github.io/pr/apps/best-icon/ and test it out on https://rsolomakhin.github.io/pr/ko/complete/. It should show a "Processing..." spinner. Instead the payment handler HTML page continues to display.
