The old getTransformTo function (which was never fully implemented, by the way) wasn't able to take into account the frame that the relationship between the two spaces was supposed to be evaluated under. The new API shape gets the pose between two spaces (if known) at the time represented by the XRFrame.

Would be good if this one actually worked. ;)
