Can't delete hash from URL

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3538.110 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. enter address with hash *.com/something#
2. try to select hash and delete or simply delete it

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Nothing happened, even selecting some letter with it

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 70.0.3538.110  Channel: stable
OS Version: Mint 18

Sounds like  bug 905673  :

    The issue is that there's an inline autocompletion to the root page of the hostname plus a #hash fragment.
    It was only fixed for Chrome 71, so it's likely you'll be living with it for a while. 
    One way to fix it would be to delete the visits in your history that autocomplete with a #hash.

The current version of Chrome is already 71, which should have fixed the bug.
