What steps will reproduce the problem?

(1) Activate TalkBack (settings > accessibility > TalkBack)
(2) go to www.editpad.org
(3) Double tap the edit box.
(4) go to settings > accounts > add accounts > google and enter a valid username.
(5) When the password field appears, dismiss the keyboard, then double tap to bring it back.

Expected behavior: the password keyboard should appear.

What happens instead?
Nothing happens after double tapping. On editpad.org the keyboard appears after a longpress, however the keyboard does not appear after a longpress in the add accounts password screen.

Nothing happens after double tapping. On editpad.org the keyboard appears after a longpress, however the keyboard does not appear after a longpress in the add accounts password screen. If all text in the editpad.org field is deleted, the keyboard will no longer appear after a double-tap-then-hold gesture after it is dismissed.
