Accessing chrome://management Causes a crash |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 73.0.3673.0 (Developer Build) (64-bit) OS: Windows 10 OS Build 16299.904 What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Open Chrome (2) Access chrome://management (3) What is the expected result? The management page loads What happens instead? The application crashes Please use labels and text to provide additional information. If this is a regression (i.e., worked before), please consider using the bisect tool (https://www.chromium.org/developers/bisect-builds-py) to help us identify the root cause and more rapidly triage the issue. For graphics-related bugs, please copy/paste the contents of the about://gpu page at the end of this report.

Able to reproduce this issue on Window 10 on the build without Fix 73.0.3673.0 and the issue is fixed on the latest M-73 build 73.0.3679.0. Attached screenshots for reference. Observed that able to access chrome://management without any crash Hence, the fix is working as expected. Adding the verified labels. Thanks...!!
