No update repository configuration on Amazon Linux 2

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/71.0.3578.98 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Download the Chrome RPM
2. Install using Yum

What is the expected behavior?
A Yum repository configuration should be installed to provide a channel for security updates.

What went wrong?
No repository configuration is installed by the RPM scriptlets.

Did this work before? No 

Chrome version: 71.0.3578.98  Channel: stable
OS Version: Amazon Linux 2
Flash Version: 

I've already provided a patch that corrects the error.
