To fake DFM on-demand install locally we move module APKs to /data/local/tmp/modules on the phone. This is currently a manual process. Add support for moving the module to this folder to the bundle install script. Also, make the script clean up stale modules in that folder. Otherwise, you can easily run into problems where you update the base module but not the DFM.
