Reproduction Steps: 
1. Enable Chromevox.
2. Open the Task Manager.
3. Tab to the table and arrow around.

You'll notice that incoming memory/CPU usage statistics interrupt any that are currently being read. This makes it very difficult to listen to a single row and hear its statistics, much less evaluating an entire list of tasks for something that is misperforming.
