What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome and navigate to above test URL.
(2) Click on 'Bookmark' option from PDF toolbar.
(3) Now traverse the focus to 'Fit to page' button in PDF viewer.
(4) Observe the PDF toolbar.
Actual Result: PDF toolbar doesn't disappear on clicking 'Fit to page' button.
Expected Result: PDF toolbar should disappear on clicking 'Fit to page' button.
This is a regression issue broken in ‘M-73’, below is the Manual Regression range:
Good build: 73.0.3664.0 (Revision: 620242)
Bad build: 73.0.3665.0 (Revision: 620590)
Using Per-revision bisect, below is the bisect result:
You are probably looking for a change made after 620264 (known good), but no later than 620265 (first known bad).
