Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/71.0.3578.98 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: Only bugs? Suggestions not appreciated? What is the expected behavior? Getting rid of the deprecated pure-flat design What went wrong? The pure-flat icon, that would only be beauty on 2013-2015; that is pretty deprecated and makes Chromium look older. If the new icons are implemented, it will combine with the new Material Design 2 already being implemented. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 71.0.3578.98 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: I doubt this will be accept. Anyway, I'm open to work on copyright/waiver.

The new icon concept is a fusion between the classical Chrome icon and the new flat icon, while matching the current design trends

Improved Chromium icon. Instead of applying blue color to Google Chrome icon, now it haves its own simple gradient colors based on the pure-flat icon. |
