What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, navigate to above URL and select 'Audio' radio button.
(2) Now press 'shift+tab' key to bring focus on media controls and observe.

Actual: Blue focus ring on media controls is seen chopped on pressing tab key..
Expected: Blue focus ring on media controls should not be seen chopped on pressing tab key.

This is a regression issue, broken in 'M73', will soon update the other info:

Good Build: 73.0.3633.0
Bad Build:  73.0.3634.0
