Each site shows "Aw, Snap!"

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/71.0.3578.98 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Chrome
2. 
3. 

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
when ih open chrome the vrowser crashes. i only get the message "Aw, Snap!". I also cant open the properties or else.

Crashed report ID: no

How much crashed? Whole browser

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 71.0.3578.98  Channel: stable
OS Version: Server 2008 R2

The only error in the log is from browser_gpu_channel_host_factory "Failed to launch GPU process".
Try disabling GPU acceleration: edit Chrome's shortcut and add "--disable-gpu" to the command line.
Then try with "--enable-gpu"

Check Crashpad\reports folder inside Chrome's data folder:
%LocalAppData%\Google\Chrome\User Data\Crashpad\reports
