<Finger> emoji submitted different emoji in Ominibox and other input box

Input tools version:
73.0.20181227.227100664

REPRO STEPS:
1.Open Emoji panel the second tab
2.Tap <finger> emoji in testarea/chat etc. input box ,
3.Tap <finger> emoji in Ominibox input box

Actual:
It will submit different emoji in different input box, 
refers to attached screenshot

It may be caused by font.
Please just copy the text into address to see whether they are the same text or not.
