CANNOT manage my own Apps

THIS TEMPLATE IS FOR FILING BUGS ON THE ANDROID SYSTEM WEBVIEW. GENERAL WEB
BUGS SHOULD BE FILED USING A DIFFERENT TEMPLATE!

Device name: SAMSUNG NOTE 8 ( THEE VANDAL)
Android version:9.0
WebView version (from system settings -> Apps -> Android System WebView):
Application: ANDROID SYSTEM WEB VIEW
Application version:68.0.3440.91

URLs (if applicable):



Steps to reproduce:
(1)CANNOT uninstall(2)

Expected result: How To DISABLE/ UNINSTALL


Actual result: Make ME My Own DEVICE ADMIN

I have a Samsung NOTE8 and don't know If the Services from google play are legitimate due to thefact my ac ct has been hacked a couple of times

This app is necessary for running many other apps on your device. If it is disabled, then the Chrome app on your device is performing the same functionality for you, you don't need to enable this app.
