REPRO STEPS:
1.Log on system with @google.com  or @chromium.org account
2.Invoke some keyboards, use it for some time 
3.Switch to some Latin languages,eg. Swedish,Polish, Dannish, Dutch, Finnish etc.
4.Slide over layout ,and normal click on keyboard

Actual:
Gesture not works, suggest line also not displayed

Root cause:
Input method space for assigned this account is not enough ;

Note:
Remove this account, re-added it, log on , this issue not repro
