Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/71.0.3578.98 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: Test case: http://w3c-test.org/html/semantics/selectors/pseudo-classes/link.html What is the expected behavior? No case issue. What went wrong? Both of the tests are failed. Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? N/A Chrome version: 73.0.3671.3 Channel: canary OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: According to spec: https://html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/#pseudo-classes Spec says: All a elements that have an href attribute, all area elements that have an href attribute, and all link elements that have an href attribute, must match one of :link and :visited. Other browsers: The tests can pass on Ubuntu FireFox 64.0.

reporter@ Thanks for the issue. Able to reproduce this issue on Windows 10, Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac OS 10.13.6 on the latest Stable 71.0.3578.98 and latest Canary 73.0.3672.0. This is a Non-Regression issue as this behavior is observed from M-60 chrome builds. Attached is the screen shot for reference. Hence marking this as Untriaged for further updates from Dev. Thanks..
