|||
Issue descriptionChrome Version: 73.0.3672.0 OS: Chrome (The bug is from an email thread) What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Go to site with saved credentials, for example, amazon.com (2) start typing to bring up credential drop down, see the attached screenshot (3) tap on first result What is the expected result? actual touched row is selected What happens instead? The row below the actual touched row is highlighted and selected You can better see this by pressing and holding and you'll see the selected row below where you are touching. Note it only happens for touch event, not mouse event. It seems the EventTarget for the touch event is wrong?

As jamescook@'s email says, SingleProcessMash (SPM) is off by default at 3672. Unless specified explicitly, the reported environment would be non-mash.
