"Addresses and more" title seems misleading

Chrome Version: 71.0.3578.98

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Navigate to chrome://settings/autofill

What is the expected result?
Title should match what's in the page

What happens instead of that?
Title says "Addresses and more" but only has addresses, see screenshot

UserAgentString: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/71.0.3578.98 Safari/537.36

Able to reproduce the issue on chrome reported version# 71.0.3578.98 and on latest chrome# 73.0.3672.0 using Windows-10, Mac 10.12.6 and Ubuntu 14.04. same behavior is seen from M-70, hence considering this as Non-Regression and marking it as Untriaged.
