very hard to quit malware page since google not block fullscreen

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/71.0.3578.98 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open https://bick-mega-gsho.blogspot.com/blue.php

secure page! and blogspot.com.. that can force Chrome in fullscreen with background sound to call phone

What is the expected behavior?
Not authorize fullscreen without request.

What went wrong?
it's hard for no technical user to quit this page.

Did this work before? Yes very old version when chrome request before fullscreen

Chrome version: 71.0.3578.98  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)

Hi,
tested this day on my PC, it's not hard to close. Close and accept Quit for each new windows opened. I must check if my friend is up to date with Chrome.

Thanks for filing the issue!

Unable to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 71.0.3578.98 using Windows 10 with the below mentioned steps.
1. Launched Chrome
2. Navigated to https://bick-mega-gsho.blogspot.com/blue.php and blogspot.com
3. Entered/Exited full screen mode.
4. Tried closing both the tabs.
We were able to close/quit those page(s) without any issues.

@Reporter: Does C#1, means the issue is no longer seen? In such case could you please let us know if this can be closed. Any further inputs from your end may be helpful.
