Given my unfamiliarity with both Autotest and offline enrollment, I expect to have quite a few questions :) I will use this bug as the forum for them.

(Most of the times I just want to check if you know something off the top your head, and if not, I will proceed to investigate further.)

One question is: since offline enrollment requires a specially distributed recovery image, how can we make sure at least device in the auto tests fleet has such image?

Test images should have demo mode resources. Currently this doesn't include any Android apps (to keep the size down), we should add a simple tiny test app.
