Crostini: Cannot copy / paste files into Linux files from Files app |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 73.0.3669.0 Chrome OS Version: 11582.0.0 Chrome OS Platform: nami / sona Network info: wifi Please specify Cr-* of the system to which this bug/feature applies (add the label below). Steps To Reproduce: (1) Complete the Linux VM installation. Make sure the Linux terminal is launched after installation completed (2) Open Files app, copy a file from other file system, say Downloads. (3) From Files app, go to the Linux files node, right click on the content pane Expected Result: Paste option on Linux files should be enabled Actual Result: Paste options on Linux files was still disabled Note 1: This is a build regression. This feature was still working fine in Build 11558.0 Note 2: From terminal. If I run the cp command from other file system to Linux files, the files was copied. But from the Files app UI, such file is not shown How frequently does this problem reproduce? (Always, sometimes, hard to reproduce?) What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround?
