IsolatedError not triggering on_after_task hook in bot_code

result in BOT_DIED, but the Skia custom on_after_task doesn't get called (which auto-quarantines after 2 BOT_DIED), so we see lots and lots of BOT_DIED as the bot gets re-assigned tasks.

I fear it's by design at the moment. The new task result status is much less ambiguous, which will help fix that.
