What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into User -> Insert Mobile Dongle and ensure it is connected
(2)Go to chrome://settings page -> click on Connected Dongle option -> Navigates to Dongle details page -> Now remove dongle and observe weird page is seen i.e. settings page details and Dongle details page details are seen as overlapped
(Please refer Video)

Expected: No such weird page should be seen after removing Dongle 
Actual: Instead weird page behavior is seen after removing Dongle 

This is Regression Issue as same is working fine on M-72

Note :
1) In M-69 Dongle details page is not seen 
2)From M-70 To M-72 Dongle details page is seen
