Hello, 
I was just surfing a couple of websites and out of blue, a chinese letter appeared at bottom (PFA screenshot), the webpage doesn't let me click or scroll. The chrome, however would let me accessall the tabs, reload it. Even though I reloaded the pages, the selected Chinese letter won't disappear from any of the tabs and the page would be responding to my touches. Atlast, on closing the app and relaunching the app, the chinese letter was gone and page let me access its contents.

Expected result:
A page that can let user interact and access the contents

Actual result:
Contents cannot be accessed and any interactions like scrolling or opening the link won't work.
