UI problem of Baidu select an image

Issue description

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Launch Chrome app
2. Input "www.baidu.com" to search
3. Tap camera icon on Baidu page
4. Rotate the DUT to landscape mode
5. Rotate the DUT to portrait mode

What is the expected behavior?
1. UI show the same before rotate

What went wrong?
1. UI is different and looks not good

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 71.0.3578.99  Channel: stable
OS Version: Android P
Flash Version: 

Hi, this issue is reported by our QA team, we can find this issue on many kind of device, and Nokia/Sony device is too.
We don't make sure the root cause is Chrome or Baidu, please help check it, thanks!

Tested the issue in Android and able to reproduce the issue. 

Steps Followed:
1. Navigated to "www.baidu.com"
2. Clicked on camera icon -- observed gap in b/w image tiles
3. Rotated the DUT to landscape mode
4. Rotated the DUT to portrait mode -- observed unwanted extra gap in b/w image tiles

Chrome versions tested:
71.0.3578.99 , 73.0.3667.2 , 

OS:
Android 9.0.0

Android Devices:
Pixel 2 XL

Issue is seen on builds that are downloaded from Playstore but issue is not seen in equivalent installed builds, hence unable to provide bisect info.
